If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just found out Crocker's Lockers switched over to this company and was finally connected with someone and told that I have until TODAY TO PAY OR THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE ADDED! First of all I never received a letter or email if this company, second don't sit there and treat me like some bum or liar. I never heard of your company nor did I know Crocker's was no more! And the number they called me on was A SPAM NUMBER! Do you think I'm going to answer a spam call?! (Attached is the first attempt from them which was the 111111111 number, and then today they called again and called back with a Turlock number) I talked to Sam the manager of the area and she talked down to me, would wave the late fee, said because of policy they HAVE to charge me, and then kept saying "IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY." I've been a customer for CL for over a year and to be treated like that is ridiculous. I never agreed to anything from them, never signed anything.
