Rich is the BEST manager ever! Always deals with us as quick as possible if anything is broken. Our oven broke on Thanksgiving last year and we were able to FaceTime Rich during the holiday to discuss the problem and he had someone out as soon as possible. Anything that goes wrong he is quick to our rescue (me, my gf and our dog). Not to mention we have the cutest apartment in midtown. We are in love with this place and never want to leave!
