Wonderful dining experience seated at the chef's counter. The service was spot on, very attentive. Watching the kitchen staff work their magic was amazing. The food was excellent and creative. The mushroom parfait was unlike anything I've ever had before. It was served with toasted bread and topped with house grown lion's mane mushrooms. I am not a vegetarian, but decided to go with the cabbage confit and added the shaved truffle complement. It was one of the best meals I've ever had!! Finished off with the Chelsea tart for dessert.
