I have gone to fancy nails twice now and I have been extremely unsatisfied with both sets of acrylic nails I have gotten. After my first horrible experience I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and go back. I called before I arrived to their location and was told the wait would be 20 minutes because they were not busy. I waited almost two hours while employees were sitting around doing nothing, two other customers walked in an hour after I did and were seated before I was ever helped... I asked for medium to long nails that were ballerina/long oval shaped along with showing a picture to be clear how i wanted them done. The nail tech cut the tips and I said they were a good length, but he proceeded to cut them shorter After he had filed the tips into the shape I had NOT asked for, they were incredibly short. My nails were also painted a pink base color I did not ask for, the color was nowhere near the color I had shown another employee on the example nails. I also asked for two to three small red hearts on each nail, he did not listen to what I had asked him to do and proceeded to only do two hearts on my ring finger. It has been less than a day of having them and they are already chipping. I am extremely upset with how my nails turned out and will not be returning! read more
