Customer service is less than desirable. The cashiers never seem to know what is going on. On this particular purchase, I purchased 20 bags of horse bedding, was later told they only had 19 in stock, the manager refunded me for one back(stating the cause was "Didn't Need"), only to get home and find they only gave me 15 bags. I called to get a credit for my next visit, due to it being an hour round trip drive. The store manager, Cindy, told me she couldn't take my word that I only got 15 bags and that I would have to come in when she is there to discuss if there is anything we can do. I would highly recommend not going here. I will be taking up further action with my credit card company. read more
