I can't say enough good things about Fathom, located inside the Grand Pacific Hotel. The aesthetic vibes are simply fantastic, and it sets the perfect mood for a memorable evening and a good time! Saurabh, the host, deserves special recognition for his warm and welcoming hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, securing us a comfortable booth with a view of the patio. The service here is excellent, thanks to Corbin, our exceptional server. He provided impeccable service, always ensuring our drinks and food were just right. The old fashioned and espresso martini were both expertly crafted and a delight for the taste buds. For some food bites, we shared the milk bun roll with honey cashew butter, and it was an absolute treat. The roll was incredibly soft and paired perfectly with their unique honey cashew butter. We also indulged in the crab cakes, which were prepared and left our taste buds thoroughly satisfied.
