Exciting news - Fazolis is back, and I couldn't be happier! Despite a bit of a wait (around 40 mins), the food was totally worth it. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed; they were even out of ice when I visited. I let them know, and although a helpful girl tried to refill it, she kept getting interrupted by other tasks on the way to the counter. There was another hiccup, when someone cut the breadstick line. She snagged the last four breadsticks which was incredibly disappointing. Staff needs a bit more awareness & to prioritize those patiently waiting.
