I order my pets food, and medicines, from Chew'ys. My only complaint against Chewy's is the use Fed X for delivery. I have Copd and am on oxygen 24/7, I also have spine issues and just received treatment from my oncologist last week. I can lift or carry. I am disabled. As Such, there is a notation on my shipping label on all packages I receive. The label says. DO NOT LEAVE AT GATE. BRING TO FRONT DOOR. TODAY at 11:57 the driver arrived, stood outside my 3 foot hi gate and thru it over the gate where I cannot retrieve it. A kindly friend did retrieve it for me but its Fed X who is responsible for poor performance. read more
