This place is quite the hidden gem. I didn't even know they existed or understood what they did for the longest time. Yes, they process your meat but they're also quite a tasty little butcher shop. Off the beaten path, down a country road off 162 and located at a private residence is some of the best cuts of meat you can get. Not only do they cut to your preference (I ordered several 1 1/4 cut Ribeyes) but they have a freezer housing several options of beef, pork and seafood, along with frozen veggies, fruit and other sides. The actual counter has several different types of cheeses, pork cuts and ready-to-cook pulled pork. Don't forget to grab a pack of jalapeno beef sticks while you're there to munch on in the car on the way home...they may not make it home actually. Not only do they have all the meat you would like but the have a great selection of rubs and sauces to help complete your grilling experience.
