We came to Ferment for an incredible Ramen experience and they did not disappoint! We enjoyed the fermented mushrooms, vegetables cured in koji, scallops, soft shelled crab, pork ramen, vegetarian ramen, poached pear, & yuzu and black pepper crème brûlée. Everything was spectacular! The service! The food! THE SAKE! Peter, our host, was incredibly helpful guiding us through the sake choices and with suggestions for the menu.
