Last week they lost a gift my elderly father sent me by (1) delivering to some random door and (2) taking a picture of it so blurry you can't read the number. I opened a claim (which is slow because... my elderly father is not super quick in finding receipts) and today, they deliver a package of Tide pods that had to have been intentionally stomped on to produce the damage they sent it with. Feels pretty retaliatory, and yet, I promise you, nobody will care and nothing will change. This company is cancer. read more
