It's wild that we are required to use this service. (Apartment complex). I came to the location to pick up my items because their posted next availability wasn't until Saturday night. I'm going to go back in my bubble of pretending my packages magically appear at my door with no problem. I heard the worker taping up the box, smelled of fresh packaging tape, and placed the box (1 of 3) on the desk like I wouldn't see the damaged side of the box. I took a look and it was trashed! I said 'this one barely made it'. He said fedex throws them around, etc. I'm sure they do, but personally I've never had something like this from them- and poorly repackaged. Yikes! The business contract between Fetch and these apartments communities must be SO good. read more
