An awesome new organic, gluten-free bread bakery in Eugene! I wandered in here on a whim while running errands downtown and I'm so glad I did. I bought a couple of ciabatta rolls, and a loaf of bread, and it was truly the BEST gluten-free bread I have ever eaten. It's a one-person business, and the owner was so friendly and helpful. They sell bread loaves, rolls, and croutons. This is a small operation that is only open one day a week at the moment (Sundays from 9am to 4pm), but it's worth the wait all week.
