New management.. august 2025... COLD!!.. cold carne asada burrito.. .. extra cold .. meat is not at proper temperature.. how can they sell food like this?.. I actually ordered and the food came out in 5 minutes after ordering.. I'm a food manager at a large restaurant.. all young males kids running the night shift .. too busy running outside to check their phones.. that was a major red flag.. tried calling....2 hours of trying .. phone off hook on purpose to not answer phone.. how can a new management team operate like this?.. horrible everything... receipt phone number is disconnected... i just want a fair hot food for my money.. need better employees. read more
