In an effort to find a good place to get Pizza while in Paris, I discovered Fimmina on the list of 50 best pizzerias in Europe. We made a 1:30 pm reservation on Saturday (Valentine's Day) and showed up a little bit early. They weren't able to seat us until our reserved time as it was very crowded. We were seated in a small upstairs dining room and promptly placed our order. We had the Loren & Regina pizzas and they were both outstanding. You can tell that the cheese and toppings are super fresh and the crust was chewy and really delicious. The space itself is small and "cozy". This spot for sure wasn't a tourist trap because there weren't any Americans dining there and not much English to go around.
