I have worked with Firestarter for one of our videos, and it made a massive impact to our conversions online. They were able to take my confusing business, and articulate the business model while creating a strong connection with our targeted demographic. Pros: I worked with Donnelle and occasionally Ash, and they both were very helpful, explanatory, and reassuring at all stages of the project. The delivered exactly the whiteboard animation I was looking for! Killed it! Cons: I will repost some when I can think of them... Really don't think there were any...
