Fireplug is a sham of a business. We were with them for over 15 years and then they screwed us immeasurably and the owner, Becky, was incredibly disrespectful. No one has a shred of an idea how to run a business and how to be nice people. If this business wants to gain customers, they'll treat their current customers with more respect.
