I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. It is 5 mins from our new place so since my hubby already has Firestone lifetime alignment we brought his truck here for new tires, rotation and alignment at 10:30am. They said 3 hrs because they were very busy. We had plenty to do so we agreed. 6hrs later still no call so we came to pick it up. NOT READY YET!! And on top of that we had to take attitude from Gary Flores the Manager because he has had a busy day. I got very upset asked for his manager and he said I had to deal with him. That took it to a higher level!! Finally got an 800 number and while I was in the call this clown comes in a tells my husband that it will take even longer because they need to do something more and when my husband proceeded to inquire more he said: Just say yes or no. OMG my hubby jumped off his seat and he backed off. Thankfully the lady on the line said it was all caught on the recording and would be reviewed ny the District mgr. I really hope so. This location is obviously losing customers due to horrible customer service starting at the TOP. Im waiting to hear back in 48 hrs from the District mgr. This guy needs to be stopped.
