Me and My husband were greeted my Carissa. She had such a welcoming smile and gave us time to look over the menu. She gave us the run down and helped us decide what to order since it was our first time visiting. We ordered a two meat platter consisting of sausage and brisket, added a third meat bbq chicken. We also were given 2 delicious sides, Cole slaw and green beans. The green beans were seasoned just right. All the bbq meat was tender and seasoned to perfection. The brisket even teased us with a little burnt ends. The star of this meal was definitely the brisket Mac and cheese. The Mac n cheese alone was delicious decorated with a few slices of smoked sausage but as you dig down into the Mac and cheese cup, brisket heaven erupts! I just know that I will be craving brisket Mac and cheese for weeks to come! It's enough for two people or multiple servings. The restaurant is clean and comfortable. We dined in. There was a steady flow of customers and I know why. Great service and delicious food! I would highly recommend stopping at this Bbq spot if you are ever in Hempstead/Waller County vicinity. read more
