Newly opened in Algonquin, IL! We stopped by on a Sunday morning for breakfast and First Watch did not disappoint! I am in love with their Belgium Waffle! Very airy and light with the right amount of sweetness! I can easily eat 2 servings! The bacon and eggs were cooked to my liking as well. The smoked salmon benedict was not a hit at our table. Ciabatta bread was a bit stale, hollandaise wasn't very flavorful and the smoked salmon was a 6/10. When the dish came out, it was cold like it sat out for a while.
