ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! I brought in my laptop to change the battery. They said it'll take 30 minutes to do. 4 days later it was ready. Not the problem. The problem here when I came to pick it up. There were scratches and dents ALL OVER the back on my laptop!!!!! I had a cow!! This is a brand new MacBook!!! They blamed me and said that I probably brought it in like that!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!??!? Absolutely unprofessional place!!! I'm sooo livid!! Michael then offered me a new back for free. I went to pick it up and there's STILL DENTS AND SCRATCHES!!!!! No!!! I will be filing a lawsuit and shut this place down. They did this to the wrong person. UPDATE: The store manager, Lia, contacted me and we met at the store. She honestly went above and beyond for my satisfaction and was willing to get me another back for my laptop but it still would have scratches. After she cleaned the other back they had ordered for me, it still had few scratches but it was better than my original. I don't think I'll be going there anymore (even though I want to support local shops) but maybe if I needed smaller repairs that will not involve major work. But I honestly would recommend anybody to work with Lia other than anyone else workin there. read more
