I feel very disappointed in the service provided by this company and would advise others to stay away. The technician came out to the house 3 times, each time creating another problem he then needed to come back to fix. I requested a refund from the company and they stated they could only provide another technician which after 3 attempts is not acceptable. The technician that arrived does not speak English well, so there did seem to be a communication barrier, which I would have been absolutely fine working through if he tried to communicate more. Day 1 1. I told him I wanted the top of the tv mounted 2 inches about the outlet in the wall, he mounted it about 8 inches above the outlet and since my room is narrow he had to take the bracket off and drill more holes in my wall, even now it is a little high, as he didn't measure. 2. He put the bracket on backwards, and attempted to put the tv on where there were no hooks until I explained to him how the bracket worked and he unbolted it and reversed it. 3. He stated that the wall covers to hide wires behind the wall that I purchased didn't have a bracket for the wall, so we would come back the next day and do it for me. I had purchased these covers with the help of my friend who had previously done his own home improvement and used these exact covers, so I didn't really understand why he couldn't use them. Day 2 1. When he returned he went to mark out where he was going to cut into the plaster to hide the wires and he didn't ask me where I would like them or take into account all of ports on the tv are on the left side and started to put it under the right side. Fortunately I was paying attention to point out the fact that installing it where he initially put it would make the wires traverse the entire length of the tv behind the wall, and have us buy all new, longer HDMI cords. 2. He then cut a hole behind the tv which was in a good position but then the one below he didn't line up and put about 8in to the left. I asked him why he didn't line it up and he didn't have an explanation and told me the wire would still work. I told him I wanted it lined up so he cut another hole below it, which is better aligned but definitely not measured or exact. He said he would come back to fix the hole with plaster and paint. This is when I first called your company to make you aware of the poor job. Day 3 1. He came back and plastered over the spot and without letting it dry immediately painted so he couldn't get it smooth. He said he needed to come back and paint/sand more. 2. He didn't put any painters tape on our new outlets so he got paint and plaster all over the floor and outlets. He is a very nice person but he does not do a professional job. His work is sloppy, thoughtless and now I am going to fix the wall. This has cost me so much time. read more
