Fransisco and team did a fantastic job on our vaulted ceiling project. The on site inspection was reasonably priced, and becomes a credit if you opt to get full drawings done. We wanted three walls removed and our 8ft ceilings vaulted to 11ft. He spent about 4 hours on site and covered every square foot of our home to make sure he had all the necessary dimensions, pictures and details in order to make an assessment. He presented three options to me for vaulting, discussed pros and cons of each and left me with a digital packet of all of the notes and pictures he took. The turn around time for drawings was one week and required one re-submission to the city with a minor note correction.
