This is an establishment of one of the finest culinary arts I've experienced. Although the dinning experience as a whole had its up and downs, the food more than made up for the lacking in service.
Chef Tourteaux(s) control and expertise of spices and ultimately flavor is a true work of art. Every single dish played a song or a scene in my mouth. Everything came together as a wonderful story. Every dish is a must try.
Timing and service is probably the only lacking factors (personal opinion) the meal did take 4 hours even though there were only 3 tables but the quality of the dishes was unmatched. Service was on the slow side. For example after we sat down there was a good 15 min before anyone attended to our table (we basically just sat there looking at each other).
