Fleurametz, located at the Boston Flower Exchange, really impressed me on a recent visit. The staff-person present was incredibly patient with me, identifying the million-and-one flowers I was interested in by their latin name and providing pricing info for each. They carry some exceptional blooms that I could find nowhere else. After visiting, I called them to find out if I could purchase more flowers from them, and Fouad was incredibly friendly, and accommodating. I wish the entire Boston Flower Exchange were open on Saturdays/Sundays during the Summer, but luckily, Fleurametz is (on Saturdays), and Fouad was more than happy to set flowers aside for me on a Saturday morning (mid-July), with notice. Their pricing was reasonable, and better than some other vendors for some of the flowers they had available. They get deliveries on Mondays/Saturdays, so unfortunately one of the most unique ranunculus varieties they carried was pretty wilted and sad by the time I purchased it on Friday (and no more due-in till the following week). The staff-person was reluctant to sell them to me as a result (yay for integrity!) but because I insisted on buying them anyway, offered me a great discount.
