I signed up online for a promotional 7 day stress relief for free. Got contacted by Kyle and was told he would be in the working with a pod so to please text him when I got there and to make myself at home. I replied promptly and that was at 12:05 with my appointment being at 1:00 pm. I show up to their store promptly at 1 and the door is locked and a handwritten sign say they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances. So in less than an hour something happened and they had to close which I understand. But I still drove 25 minutes to their establishment after communicating with them less than an hour before! So my time and gas was of no concern to them when 3 seconds to send a text would have cleared this all up. That's less time then it takes to find a piece of paper and write it out in print to then tape to a door.
