I would like to share my wonderful experience with Flood Help and say that I don't know what I would have done without them... My basement was completely covered in water 1' ft deep and and the rain outside was coming down so hard and the situation was worsening by the minute... I called several flood restoration companies and they were not answering their phones, so I could only leave messages or when they did answer the phone they told me that they were overwhelmed with work and couldn't get to me right away.. then they said that the best they could do was put me on a waiting list... Then I got a call from Flood Help and the told me that they would be there within 1 hr... they showed up with two vans and 5 workers that resolved the situation and rescued my home from what could have been so much worse... The workers were very professional well mannered and very considerate considering what I was going through... they assured me peace of mind and said that everything would be ok. After extracting all the water and setting up their power blowers and other equipment they told me that they would be back in a few days when everything was dry... well a few days later came and they were there as promised and cleaned and sanitized my carpets and also washed and steam cleaned my upholstery on my sofas and chairs.
