This was my first visit to Floor & Decor. My daughter and I wanted to get some kitchen ideas for her home. I must say, I was very impressed by the wide selection of products they have to choose from. It's a very large place with so many selections of tiles for your floors, counter tops, and backsplashes in just about any material and price range you're looking for. As well as hardwood flooring in every shade you can think of. As we walked through the place, at least 4 people asked if we needed any help. I thought that was impressive because it's so hard to find good customer service now adays. When we finally decided we wanted help, we were lucky enough to get Sandon. He was the nicest guy! As he talked, we found out that he was a retired contractor and has been in the business for quite a few years. He helped match up some flooring and counter tops for us with the prices from our measurements. He also gave us valuable advice about different materials to use. We weren't ready to buy just yet, but I would definitely go back to Floor and Decor when we are. They also have free designers that can help you. You need to make an appointment for this. You can also buy a tile or two if you want to take it home to see it in your space and return it for a full refund.
