Adrian was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. He even let us take samples home, which made a big difference in our decision. We initially planned on going with laminate, but he recommended LVP--and we couldn't be happier that we listened. We chose the Coretec 8mm Eastoak, and we love the texture, how comfortable it feels underfoot, and that it stayed within our budget. Adrian was also very patient while we explored island countertop options. The in-store selection was limited, so he kindly ordered one for us to view. Although the warehouse was a bit far and we ultimately went elsewhere for more on-site options, we still appreciated his effort and support. Our contractor, John from J's Flooring, who was recommended to us by Adrian, did an amazing job with the installation. He and his crew completed everything in just three days. They were professional, efficient, and even move our heavy furniture. John is also very knowledgeable--he had recommended LVP as well and even left us with a thinner sample during our initial quote, which we appreciated.
