Flordia Cactus has been on my list to visit for a long time now and I finally had a chance to visit. I went on a Friday afternoon, they do close earlier on Fridays now at 3pm. You have to walk to the back from parking to the blue building to the office check in. They will give you paper with their pricing list and you can grab a box to put your plants in. I have to say I wasn't expecting this place to be as big as it was but there are about 20 different rooms full of cacti, succulents and other plants. They have a few people that work there wandering some of the rooms that will help you with any questions. Definitely wear something comfortable, because it can get heck of hot in there when looking at the plants. Prices are reasonable and they offer some specials like bogo on small succulents and 50% some plants. Definitely worth a visit to find some unique plants that are hard to find locally! read more
