This was an unexpected fun find! Fluctuart is a modern art cafe/gift shop in a floating structure on the Seine. They had an interesting selection of books and art, as well as a cafe which served beverages during the day. Best of all is the view of the water as my photo shows. Definitely recommend stopping in on a Sunday after taking a stroll in the afternoon along the banks of the Seine! read more
