Flushing CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a group of local volunteers working with Golden Earthworm Organic Farm and JustFood.org to bring fresh, locally-grown, organic produce to our community. The fruits, vegetables, and roots supplied by Golden Earthworm Farm are delicious, crisp, and easy to cook. I had a blast exploring all the new tastes and textures of rhubarb, chard, kale, and many other foods that are so different from the stuff found in supermarkets.
