ehh for starters, im west african l...have lived in west africa for 5 years and have eaten various west african foods (some of which i know how to cook myself). this food was "blah" aka nothing special. ordered the "thep bu yapp" aka jollof rice. It was bland. the stew didnt have much flavor. The two small pieces of fish were bland as well. The food needed more seasoning. What i also found interesting was in the inability of the server to add chicken to my meal (I offered to pay more). I said I'd pay more and he said no. He said if i wanted chicken, id have to order the "Maffre Arroz" aka Rice and stew. Very irrational. Sadly there are no other choices in Barcelona for west african food. overall, would not visit again. read more
