New Coffee Spot at Foolproof Brewery - A Hidden Gem for Coffee Lovers and Remote Workers I recently visited a new coffee café located inside the Foolproof Brewery space, and it's quickly become one of my favorite spots. They serve locally roasted coffee from Sound Coffee and fresh baked goods from Rudeboy Baking Co. The café is open six days a week from 8 AM to 2 PM, making it a perfect morning or early afternoon stop. They advertise the space as a co-working spotl. There's free Wi-Fi, a quiet atmosphere, and a laid-back industrial vibe that makes it easy to focus or relax. The ambiance is one of the highlights--think comfy lounge areas mixed with brewery elements and even classic cars on display, which adds a unique touch. I ordered a Caramel Latte and a plain croissant. The latte was rich, strong, and perfectly balanced--definitely a standout. The croissant, which is baked in-house, was fresh but a bit softer than I prefer. I like mine extra flaky, but it was still enjoyable.
