We recently redid the siding on our house, and during demo of the old wood shingles, we discovered a lot of termite droppings hidden behind them. Based on neighbors' recommendations, we called Foothill Termite Control, and Mike was able to come out the same day. After his inspection, he explained that fumigation was necessary to "reset" and fully eliminate the drywood termites. To be sure, we got a second opinion from another company referred by a friend, and they confirmed the same thing--fumigation was our only option. Although Mike's estimate was slightly higher, we chose to go with him because he was patient, thorough, and always respond to calls or texts. He provided detailed prep instructions, answered all our questions, and he was here when the fumigators set up the tent to make sure everything went smoothly.
