I have never been so dissatisfied with a service than I have today. I brought my 12 yr old daughter in for a mani pedi. We both got plain nail polish, no gel or acrylic or anything. My little girl asked for one nail to be painted a different color than the rest, well they didn't understand and painted them opposite of what she asked for. We didn't say anything because she said she didn't mind. My nails didn't look great but I didn't have the highest expectations anyway, I mean you get what you pay for right? WRONG! When it was time to pay and go, the woman reads me a total of $95! $95 for nail polish! $95 for the opposite of what we wanted! $95 for bumpy uneven nails! I am blown away! I would expect to pay those kind of prices in the East village, not somewhere that doesn't even use clean tools with seriously sub par skills! Never ever again! What a joke! read more
