I am a dim sum fan and wanted to return to try some of their other items. This time I got the chance to try their pork dumplings (siu mai). The siu mai is huge, dense and flavorful. The deep fried capelin was definetely value for the money. It is a large item and has big portion for only $5.99 if you are here for early bird special order before 10:55am. The fish is fresh with loads of mini fish roes inside. I saw a few tables ordered this dish. Highly recommend! Snow Pear leaves dumpling was light and the dumpling skin is perfectly textured. I love their dumpling skins here. Steamed minced pork soup dumplings (Siu long bau) was hot, freshly made and umami. Comes with 5 pieces and the dumplingnwas juicy and soup was yummy. TIPS: They added 13% service charge to the bill automatically. $3 tea fee per person. This is one of my favourite dim sum places to visit.
