I found this spot to be pretty cool, right in the Cold Spring Train Station parking lot with a little pull-off. There are only two parking spots in the area, one for handicapped and also general. The view is very decent, observing the Hudson River in the west and south, being the only highlight. Benches are also provided in the park, to rest and take in the wonderful creation all around.
