I can't say enough positive things about this tour, the amazing staff, the beer, the buildings, or the food. 100% a must visit place and experience!
The building is historical and used to be Olean brewing company prior to prohibition. They redid this place so well while keeping original things.
Jarrod, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and passionate about the brewery, history, science, product, and community involvement. He gave us an amazing tour and offered to take pictures of us in the brewery.
The food is unique and delicious. Just like the beer menu the food menu is limited, but extremely high quality. What they do do they do flawlessly.
The inside restaurant, beer garden, land scape, and brewery itself were immaculately clean.
