We came here for a rest and natter as it was one of the few independent coffee houses still open on a late Saturday afternoon. Most places closed earlier (3-4 pm).
The place was busy but we managed to get a table for us by the entrance. There, we could see a seemingly endless line of customers waiting to order.
As it was late in the day and I already had a few cups of coffee, I wanted something cold and refreshing during the hot summer day. I asked the staff for recommendation and she suggested an iced dragonfruit soda. That was not even on the menu. Kudos! It really hit the spot!
My friends had a regular coffee and the pumpkin spice latte. They said they were good. We also shared a pear fritter. It was a bit on the sweet side for me but they enjoyed it.
The place can be quite loud as many people were just chattering away. Good place for coffee and donuts. Didn't see any sandwiches here. Oh, they also serve alcoholic drinks - beer and cocktails. read more
