My boyfriend and I took the Beef Wellington class and had an absolute blast! We got to sip on drinks from the bar while cooking up a storm. I love that they share little hacks to make things easier at home--like using premade pie crust for the apple galette. The dessert was so good we've already made it at home a few times.
