Hopefully this review will save other families the trauma that we have gone through with Francisco Avila. We hired him to do a full bathroom and laundry room renovation and unfortunately made the huge mistake of paying him upfront. The tile was not leveled or spaced correctly. The shower leaked water everywhere. There were entire chunks of tile coming up from the shower. The floor tile began to come up and the water from the shower saturated the subfloor. The shower spout was hanging off the way. The calking looked like it was done by a child. Etc.... After everything we had to hire a new contractor to come out and redo the entire thing. Francisco refused to make amends for his terrible work blaming us for getting the wrong tile and grout. The new contractor said, indeed we got the wrong kind of tile but as a professional, Fransisco should have told us what tile was needed for the job. Overall, his contracting skills in general are terrible, he has caused me and my family tons of heartache and headache and I do not wish this experience on anyone.
