We selected Heather of Frances Baking to create our wedding cake and have no hesitation recommending Heather to anyone who needs a wedding cake or any special cake in the Santa Barbara area. About a month prior to our wedding, Frances Baking was one of the few bakers we selected for cake tastings. For that tasting, we went with the earl grey cake with seasonal preserves (which at the time was cherry). Even for a tasting, that cake could serve up to 5 people. Be sure to bring your friends along! For our actual wedding cake, we went with the coconut passion fruit cake with seasonal fruits and it was delicious (we wish we could've eaten more of it during the wedding)! All our guests enjoyed it and we couldn't be more happy with selection. Heather is very easy to work with and communication was seamless.
