We did both Franceschetta and Osteria and I ended up liking the meal at Franceschetta more. The Italian classics all executed to perfection and some spins on modern American fare. My favorite dishes were the hamburger and the tortellini, although almost everything deserved five stars. Honorable mention for the Zuppa di Inglese, which was the perfect cap to the meal.
The service was exceptional especially the sommelier who gave us what felt like a 15 minute overview of the perfect wine to pair. It was particularly special being there in the off season when there were almost no tourists.
