Came here with my PR wife and her family. This is a somewhat favorite of theirs. They had the same opinions as I did on this day, so take it for what it's worth on my one visit here. We had a long wait time. Long enough we considered leaving and a few who arrived around the same time as us actually did. There was only one person behind the counter, so maybe it was just bad timing or poor staffing that day. As for the frappe, I had the Roche and it was all clumped in the center so I have no idea what a fully blended one tastes like. I tried others from our group and everything was good, just not great.
