I really wanted to like this place. The premise of the business is incredible. Using nontoxic formulas help both the customer and the artists. However, I had some issues. I booked my appointment, and I was not informed until 13 minutes before my appointment that my artist was no longer available. Luckily, I live decently close and had just gotten in my car. They asked to rebook my appointment for an hour and a half later. That was fine as luckily I didn't have anything else to do that day. So I show up for my appointment about 10 minutes early, and I am told that my artist is finishing up. However, my artist was not just finishing up. My appointment was for 4:20 PM and I was not able to get started until 4:55 PM. The artist did apologize, and explained that they were making up for the missing artist, but if that was the case, they should not have rebooked me for 420. From there, I have had my toes done for four days, and my big toes are already chipped on both sides. I don't know if that is due to the polish that they use, but it is really disappointing because like I said, I really wanted to like this place. read more
