I understand that our cleaner arrived late, though he informed us a couple of hours in advance. He was very polite, but the cleaning was subpar. We paid extra for window cleaning, yet it didn't seem like the windows were cleaned--stains remained in the same spots, especially greasy ones in the kitchen. Additionally, the floor in the corner still had a lot of dust and small trash and also didn't clean the mirror in the bedroom attached to the closet at all. I had to hire another company to clean it properly. So unprofessional.

The apartment, at only 5xx square feet, took your employee three hours to clean, yet the work was subpar. To clarify, the windows were in that condition during the initial apartment viewing, contrary to your assumption. In the hospitality and service industry, acknowledging an employee's mistake with an apology is the professional response, not dismissing a client's concerns or labeling them as nitpicking.
