My wife and I recently moved and decided to replace the carpet and linoleum in our new house. We literally went to 8 different locations and looked at dozens and dozens of types of hardwood and laminate floors. I did not realize how difficult it was to make a decision on what type to get until we started the process. Ironically while at one of the big box stores we ran into a past co-worker of mine and he recommended we stop by Esy Floors in Dublin. We stopped in and were immediately greeted by Paulo. He was exceptionally helpful and friendly during the process. During our review of the many products they had both my wife and I found and fell in love with the hardwood floor we wanted. We knew it was meant to be and we booked them to install a few weeks out. His crew came several days before to store the hardwood inside to let it acclimate to the inside temp. On day one of install they were on time and they installed close to 2,000 sq. Ft of floor (including closets) in about 3.5 days. The moment I realized we made the right choice was when a few weeks later we noticed a slight uneven board in the hallway. We called Paulo at Esy Floors because we were concerned over time the board would wear or crack. He immediately sent over his lead installer who removed our baseboard, cut out the uneven board, and replaced it with a new one. His crew was very professional and cleaned throughout the entire process. If you are looking to have any type of flooring installed I know how it goes and you will visit every place imaginable, but please make a stop at Esy Floors during your quest and I promise the price, quality of installation and service will top your list!
