We ordered for pickup based on some photos I had seen of birria posole which are two of my favorite things. Everything was ready for pickup when we arrived. The posole was in a large bowl with plastic wrap and a loose lid. As hard as I tried to keep it perfectly upright on the ride home, it did end up spilling some in the bag. I think they could really use those plastic cylindrical containers with the snap top lid. When we got home, I did transfer it to another bowl and realized you really get a lot for your dollar, I had to use a really large bowl to contain it. The food was all good but nothing outstanding. I was really a little disappointed in the posole base as I did expect a heavier birria consommé flavor and it was lacking in depth.
