Biff was great initially when I first contacted him about installing Borla exhaust on my new F150. When I showed up the day of the appointment he seemed different. When I came to pick up the truck the exhaust didn't look right. It was hanging low and slanted from side to side. A week later while driving the left side fell completely off! I texted Biff for help and to this day has not bothered to respond. I sent him pictures and asked for a refund on the installation. Nothing. No return call or response. I would think twice before having FTW work on your car. read more
